Equipment is not necessary but if you do have physio/dyna bands, mini loops, yoga blocks, straps, freeweights or kettlebells and of course a mat, please bring them along to each class. We always offer exercises with and without equipment so everyone can benefit. If you don't have weights but you have a back pack and heavy books, please fill it up and bring it along!

All our classes are mixed level. If you are brand new to yoga, pilates or resistance training please email us at least one day before your class to let us know and we will be happy to offer modifications according to your current level of fitness.
Depending on the type of injury and the stage of healing, your instructor can offer modifications that limit or avoid stress to the affected site. Please email us at least one day before your first class to let us know what your injury is and we can work with you to ensure the modifications offered will suit your condition.
Your Zoom link for your class will arrive within a few minutes to the email you set your account up with. If you are booking in advance please save the link to your diary (this has to be done manually) and use it to log into the class 5 mins before the class starts. If it doesn't arrive, check your junk/spam email. One thing to note is that you must have your 'reminders and schedule changes' checked, (which you find under the 'my info' tab) in order to get these confirmation emails.
After your free 7 day trial, we offer single sessions for €9, weekly unlimited for €15 or monthly unlimited sessions €30. The monthly membership is a recurring charge and can be cancelled at any time.
