THE ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE THERAPY WITH ANTS MAY NOT BE COVERED BY YOUR PLAN DEPENDING ON YOUR PLAN.
PHYSICAL THERAPY AND REFLEXOLOGY ARE COVERED BY MOST PLANS.
IF YOU NEED A RECEIPT PLEASE REQUEST IT FROM THE THERAPIST AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AS FIT FOR LIFE CANNOT ISSUE RECEIPTS FOR YOUR TREATMENTS.
Wait until you get a confirmation mail to let you know your account has been activated. You will then be able to book your treatment and the fee's will be deducted from your payslip the following month from the Oraclub.
Please note: If you are a contractor you will need to let us know by typing in ‘contractor’ where it asks for your employee number. Contractors must pay bycard but if you do subscribe to the Oraclub you may avail of the discounts rates and must email to request to become a Oracle member.
ORTHOPAEDIC SPORTS INJURY THERAPY / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE / RELAXATION MASSAGE
This is a hands on approach using palpatory skills for the safe and effective treatment of joint and muscle problems. It involves a combination of manual techniques, including deep massage, joint movement and gentle stretching, which are applied in accordance with current health principles. This treatment style is somewhere between deep tissue work and osteopathy. The therapist uses a complete hands on approach and is able to prevent sports/work injuries and provide good recovery in joints and muscles.
He also specialises in restoring range of mobility in joints and can treat problems such as frozen shoulders, hips, cracking knees, ect. Part of his service is postural analysis with relevant treatment and client education, which includes advice on how to lift properly, exercises you can do easily when working at the desk for long hours and exercises that can be done at home.
30 or 60 minute treatments available.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Sports massage involves the application of a variety of specific, hands-on, massage based techniques through therapeutic touch. Its role in injury prevention is as important as its role in injury management.

First session takes 60 mins, treatments thereafter approximately 45 minutes

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that relate to each and every gland, organ and part the body.
Stimulating these reflexes properly encourages correct energy flow and can therefore help the body return to its natural state of good health.
Benefits include, reduced stress and induce deep relaxation, improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins and impurities, revitalizes energy and is preventative health care.
Treatment takes approximately 30mins.
