The treatments take place in the Reflection Room in -B2.

Here's how to get there:

Take the lift to -B2. As you come out of the lift you will see a corridor straight ahead of you. Continue through the door straight in front of you and follow the corridor until you see a door leading back into the gym studio.

The reflection room is on the right.

Here’s how to book your treatment. All payments are by card and done in advance.

If you have not joined the gym you will need to set up an account first

If you have an account already you can click on the link above and head to the Treatments tab. Select from the Lomi massage or reflexology and hit the search button at the bottom of the page to find a time slot and day.

Click on the Treatments tab when inside the booking portal and just hit the search button to find a upcoming slot.

Do not try to select a particular day and time as therapist only come in twice a month so you are more than likely to get no availability using this feature.

LOMI LOMI MASSAGE

In Lomi Lomi we work on the physical body, healing, aligning and balancing the body and through that, all levels are affected.

Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art. The Hawaiians see all aspects of the body, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual as part of our whole self.

Lomi Lomi is so much more than a massage. This treatment incorporates rhythmic movements and long forearm strokes to realign the body, improve circulation and induce overall well-being.

It’s suitable if you’re looking to improve general well-being

Cost:

€30 for 30 Minutes

€60 for 60 Minutes

Day: Every Second Tuesday depending on demand

Please note: There is a 12 hour cancellation policy with this treatment. If you do not cancel within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full fee.

REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that relate to each and every gland, organ and part the body.

Stimulating these reflexes properly encourages correct energy flow and can therefore help the body return to its natural state of good health.

Benefits include, reduced stress and induce deep relaxation, improves circulation, cleanses the body of toxins and impurities, revitalizes energy and is preventative health care.

€30 for 30 mins

€60 for 60 mins

Day: Every Second Thursday depending on demand

Please Note: You must take an initial 60 min. first time session before you can book the 30 min slots. This is to ensure the therapist has enough time for the initial consultation plus a treatment.

This treatment is covered by most health insurance packages.
