Angie Jenkins - Managing Director
Simon Brophy - Personal TrainerSimon has been a trainer with Fit for Life for the last 3 years. He is qualified personal trainer (ITEC), sports massage therapist (ITEC), FAI Level 1 coaching & SAQ Level 1. Simon started his sports career playing football for some of the top youth sides in Dublin. For the past 7 years Simon has been coaching young players with some of them going on to England teams. He is a young vibrant trainer who loves to come up with new training methods and styles for sports and corporate clients so he can get the best of out them and push them towards achieving their goals. Brendan Roche - Personal TrainerBrendan started his fitness career training to be an Officer in the Irish Defence Forces. Since then he has qualified as a Personal Trainer and also as a Fitness Tutor training & examining future fitness instructors for the NCEF. Brendan works both with general population and with the disabled populations (with most experience in working with Blind & Deaf clients). Gráinne HaganGráinne Hagan is a fitness fanatic and after spending 10 years in the Middle East and China she decided to train as an ITEC Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. She now regularly teaches Spinning, Pump & Tone and Circuits classes as well as putting people through their paces on a 1 on 1 basis. Gráinne is also a qualified Pilates Instructor and has attended 'Spirals' workshops with Michael King in London to take her teaching repertoire even further. Last summer, Grainne was commissioned to present a 4 week 'Shape Up for Summer' article in The Irish Times, Ireland's top broadsheet newspaper.
