Screening and Assesments

Our extensive questionnaire will assess your current nutritional status, and other areas affecting health such as; lifestyle, emotional well being, medical history and environment.
Our assessment includes:

  • Non fasting cholesterol testing
  • Glucose testing
  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate
  • Body composition
  • Height & weight
  • Strength & flexibility
  • Aerobic capacity
 
Nutrition Consultation

Exercise is only 50% of the story. We will work with you to develop an individualized nutritional program that fits your daily routine and also get the results you want. We can show you how to prepare (truly) healthy food in a tasty way. A healthy, nutritionally balanced eating plan will give you the energy your busy life demands and put more life in your years. You will also learn the secrets of optimum nutrition and how to overcome emotional eating, lose weight and regain your energy.

Fitness Programmes

Following the initial assessment, a customized exercise programme is prescribed and is carefully designed and monitored based on each clients individual dietary habits, lifestyle and exercise preferences.  No more wasting time in the gym as all our programmes are effective and most importantly enjoyable!

 
Partner Training

Team up with a friend or two for a reduced rate.  
Training session can be done in the comfort of your own home or in various out door locations.
