Fit For Life is delighted to offer fitness classes to all staff located in EastPoint
To register, please set up an account on the Fit For Life Booking system.

Now use the ‘New to the site’ box and follow the instructions for setting up an account.
Most classes are run for 8 weeks. If you cannot attend all classes on the course you will be given the option to select the days that you would like to attend. The system will calculate you total and you pay for only the classes you sign up for.
If you wish to take the whole course all you need to do is select the enroll tab and you will have registered for all 8 classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have selected your days we cannot refund any classes missed once the course has started. You may cancel on line 24 hours prior to the start date (which is June MAY 5th) but after the start date any classes you have booked cannot be refunded.

If you’re looking for real results fast then THIS METABOLIC CONDITIONING workout is the class for you!
Metabolic Conditioning workouts, or MetCons for short, are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat.
....Walk in, crawl out....
If you cannot attend all classes on the course you will be given the option to select the days that you would like to attend and you only pay for these classes.

All classes are held in the tennis courts behind Block E and the Epicenter Pub rain or shine!
Fit For Life in association with Eastpoint Management will be running a few charity classes in August & September.
We need you to sign up on line and you can donate what you feel is appropriate on the day. All proceeds will go to St. Vincent De Paul.
This class is a contemporary mix of Fitness Yoga & Pilates exercises designed to increase flexibility, strength and core stability.
It is not a spiritual experience but mimics Yoga in it’s breathing style offering postures that are both challenging and relaxing.
A variety of props including, stability balls, stretching and conditioning tubes will be utilized to offer a more challenging routine.
YPF is excellent for muscle toning and is truly a fantastic cross trainer for athletes and cardio junkies!! This is a mixed ability class so all levels welcome.
Cost: Donate what you like on the day
